You can create an account on the free Essential plan and set up campaigns right away. After you connect a Stripe Merchant Account and it validates, your first deposit typically arrives 2-3 business days later.
How do I receive the funds I raise?+
Complete the Merchant & Deposit Settings by creating a Merchant Account linked to Stripe. Once validated, deposits activate and your payout schedule is posted in your settings area.
What is text-to-give and how does it work?+
Supporters text a unique Snowball number with a keyword (trigger word) and receive a link to a donation page. Each trigger word maps to a specific campaign. It is available on Premium, Professional, and Enterprise plans.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. Snowball charges only the annual plan fee and per-transaction credit card processing fees. There are no additional platform fees, penalties, or hidden charges, and donors can choose to cover processing fees.
